A 20. \u00a7 (3) bekezd\u00e9se \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben az \u00e9rtes\u00edt\u00e9s elhelyez\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 10 napot k\u00f6vet\u0151en a fel\u00fcgyel\u0151 az \u00e9rintett j\u00e1rm\u0171vet elsz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1ssal elt\u00e1vol\u00edthatja.
