A bejelent\u00e9ssel megkerest\u00fck a helyi \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatot. K\u0151b\u00e1nya \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzata \u00fagy l\u00e1tszik, az elm\u00falt \u00e9vtizedekben az\u00e9rt nem t\u00e1vol\u00edtotta el a talapzatot, mert nem az \u00f6v\u00e9k. <a href=\"https:\/\/jarokelo.hu\/files\/report\/10\/10935\/11958-580429db3c181.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Level\u00fckb\u0151l<\/a> id\u00e9z\u00fcnk:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>A megkeres\u00e9s\u00fckben jelzett Meszes T\u00f3th Gyula \u00e1ltal 1987-ben k\u00e9sz\u00edtett b\u00fcrsz sorsa a Budapest Gal\u00e9ria &#8211; ahol Budapest k\u00f6zt\u00e9ri alkot\u00e1sait nyilv\u00e1ntartj\u00e1k &#8211; t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1sa szerint a rendszerv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s \u00f3ta ismeretlen. A szobor \u00e1ll\u00edttat\u00f3ja a F\u0151v\u00e1rosi Tan\u00e1cs volt, \u00edgy a posztamens a F\u0151v\u00e1rosi \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzat tulajdona.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span><a href=\"https:\/\/hu.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Zalka_M%C3%A1t%C3%A9\" target=\"_blank\">Zalka M\u00e1t\u00e9<\/a> szobra bronzb\u00f3l k\u00e9sz\u00fclt, az alkot\u00e1s rajta is van Meszes T\u00f3th Gyula k\u00f6zt\u00e9ri szobrainak <a href=\"http:\/\/artportal.hu\/lexikon\/muveszek\/meszes-toth-gyula-849\" target=\"_blank\">list\u00e1j\u00e1n<\/a>. 2016 j\u00fanius\u00e1ban a F\u0151v\u00e1rosi \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzat is <a href=\"https:\/\/jarokelo.hu\/bejelentesek\/budapest\/10935\/kepzeloero-fejlesztes-kozteruleti-hianyzo-szoborral\" target=\"_blank\">reag\u00e1lt<\/a> a bejelent\u00e9sre:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span>A mellszobor t\u00f6rt\u00e9net\u00e9t illet\u0151en meger\u0151s\u00edtem azokat az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3kat, amelyeket ez \u00e9v \u00e1prilis\u00e1ban a F\u0151v\u00e1rosi \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzat szakint\u00e9zm\u00e9nye, a BTM Budapest Gal\u00e9ria adott \u00d6n\u00f6knek.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1987-ben a F\u0151v\u00e1rosi Tan\u00e1cs \u00e1ll\u00edtotta fel az alkot\u00e1st a X. ker\u00fcleti, (akkor) Zalka M\u00e1t\u00e9 t\u00e9r elnevez\u00e9s\u0171 k\u00f6zter\u00fcleten.1989-ben, a rendszerv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s idej\u00e9n ismeretlen tettesek elt\u00e1vol\u00edtott\u00e1k a b\u00fcszt\u00f6t a hely\u00e9r\u0151l.
